The Required Documents for Business Registration, Opening Branches, Commercial Representation Office or Partnerships for Foreign Companies in Iraq
- A certification of Registration Company Which issued and registered by authority in the mother country and it must be sealed from Iraqi embassy in the original country.
- A copy of establishing contract of company or all real documents by authority in original country and it must be sign by each founder or legal represented and it must be arranged according to article rules of companies law in the mother country and it must be sealed from Iraqi embassy in the original country.
- A formal letter from the company's head office signed by authorized person or the manager of company sealed from Iraqi embassy in the original country insure all information and implying responsibility of the branch in Iraq and appointing an authorized manager ,legal agent & authorized employee who present in front of Registrar of Companies. For all three persons must have residence in Iraq.
- Do not indicate any untruth information by authorized person in Iraq instead of foreign commercial entity want to register in front of Registrar of companies.
- The final financial account of company of the last year. It must be sealed from Iraqi embassy in the original Country.
- It must be all required documents written in Arabic or English language and offering translated documents in the original country in Arabic or English language and sealed from Iraqi embassy in the original country.
- The registration fee is equal to ( 200,000 Iraqi Dinars)$200.
- An authenticated rent contract for the office of Branch Company in Iraq.
- Checking up the location of the company's office according to the rent contract by the checking staff.
- To inform the retail side which has relation with the activity of the company mentioned in the contract of the company if it needs as it is in the article (18) from the companies law.
- Contract of the lawyer (legal consultant) supported by lawyer syndicate in Iraq.
- Contract of the accountant supported by accountant syndicate in Iraq.
- Filling three forms for detraining and registering company by a responsible employee.
- Offering a copy of the passport for the authorized manager if he is foreign or the identity card for an Iraqi citizen.
Finishing all these required documents and putting in the box file and giving to the responsible employee.
